Lava Meatball

Mostly, Indonesian people like Bakso (meatball) so much. There are some variants of meatball in Indonesia, from the general ones to the extraordinary ones. One of them is called Lava Meatball or Bakso Lava.

Actually not all the Bakso seller sells this kind of variant. But it's only sold in few Bakso stalls that sell some others variant of meatball, either the size or shape.



Just like its name, Lava Meatball, it has "lava" inside the meatball. Which means, when you cut the big meatball, there will be "lava" comes out from the meatball. The lava itself contains some chilies and small meatballs. The taste must be so spicy and hot. But for someone who really likes the spicy ones, this food is a 'must' to try.

Getuk Lindri, Indonesian Traditional Food Made from Cassava

Getuk or Gethuk is a Javanese traditional Food. It is made from cassava. There are some variants of Getuk. One of them is called Getuk Lindri. It has the softest texture than the other Getuk. In early 2000, this food was one of traditional food that can be found everywhere easily. Since there were so many kinds of food came up, this traditional food was a bit forgotten, even most of Indonesian millennial generations don't know this food.
